1. Sound recording workshop: Ashish Pandey: graduated from FTII pune and has extensive experience
of location sound for various Indian and international film makers. Ashish conducted sound recoding
workshop to demonstrate various aspect of location sound recording Techniques.
2. Direction workshop: Sourabh Narang. Graduate from MCRC and film a maker having directed for Ram
goapl verma, vastushastra (featuring rajpal yadav,Shushmita Sen) conducted 4-days workshop on film
directing. He shared his experience of various subtle and nuances of scripting ,actor handing etc.
3. Direction workshop: Amit kumar: graduate from FTII pune in 1996,has variety of experience as an
associate director for films like warrior(staring Irfan kahna) and other international projects .Amit
conducted 3-days works and shared his experience of working with various international directors with
CRAFT students.
4. Cinematography workshop: Sunny Jospeh: is well know cinematographer graduate from FTII pune in 1983,
has shot more than 30 feature length films that include dad sahib Phalke award winner Adoor Gopala Krishnan
, Budadeb Das Gupta .He conducted 3-days workshop explaining various kinds of lighting and aesthetical
consideration in lighting.
5. Cinematography workshop: Santosh Tundiyal: graduate from FTII pune in 1994,santosh has hot various
important feature films like, Kuck Kuch hota hai,Krish,Pinjar etc. Santosh lighted various situations to
demonstrated various Styles of lighting in Siri fort college campus for 3-days to explain subtle and
nuances of lighting.
6. Screenplay writing workshop: Atul Tiwari is senior gradate from NSD has scripted for well know
film makers like Kamal Hasan,Shayam Benegal etc. Mr. Tiwari conducted 4-days workshop on screenplay writing
and explained various complexities and detailing in screenplay writing
7. Editing workshop: Aseem Sinha. graduate from FTII pune,in 1987 has edited more than 30 feature films for director, Shyam benagla, Kundan shah, Ketan Mehta etc. Aseem conducted 4-days workshop and made student edit the song sequence from the film Banaras and another dialogue Exercise from the same Film.
8. Public service film making workshop in Ramjas College: during the media festival, CRAFT conducted
short film making workshop in Ramjas college where more than 20 students of various colleges in DU
participated to attend the one day workshop where from scripting to shooting and editing took place and
in the end students had 1 mins 5 short films.
9. Documentary film making workshop: Manjira Dutta well know documentary film maker who has made
documentary films for BBC, channel 4, conducted 5-days workshop on various aspect of documentary film
making like scripting, shooting, editing and fund raising techniques for documentary film making.
10. Documentary film making workshop: Sudheer Gupta. conducted 3-days workshop on Documentary film
appreciation and screened various styles of documentary films and how to analyze them
11. Event management for “Bollywood and Beyond” Film festival. is the annual festival held in Stuttgart
to promote Indian Cinema in Germany. CRAFT director curate the event for three consecutive years and PR/ADV/EVENT
students coordinated the entire event from India MANGEMENT students got the exposure to coordinate this annual
event including negotiate with film makers and fund raising activities
12. Media event management: Stuttgart meet Mumbai:2006and 2007 wine festival was organized by city of Stuttgart
and the CRAFT event management students organized three days activities which includes press conference, media seminar
13. Event of IIMC,JNU public service scripting workshop: Prof naresh sharma conducted two days workshop in INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MASS COMMUNICATION IIMC ,JNU with department of public relations and advertising students about public service scripting workshop for two days
14. Event management for: music Video of “Delhi Underground”.
CRAFT was chosen among two film schools from delhi to produce 3-music video for the underground artists . the project was conceived in collaboration with my space, social networking website and wining team will go to one month internship with film studio based in Hollywood.
15. International short film competition for Italian company: PRADA. craft was selected among 9-international
film schools from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK,USA etc to make one 3-mins short experimental film on the
- men’s world of perfume
16. Event Management: Juhani Alanen on how to manage a film festival. : Vice president of Tampere film
festival, FINLAND visited CRAFT to conduct two days workshop with pr/adv/event management students on
how to organize an international event .
17. Exhibition Event management of “time of India” Photographer: Sudharak olwe.
PR/EVENT MGMT student of CRAFT was entrusted the mostprestigous exhibition of photographs by sudharak olwe, chief photographer of times of India exhibition of photograph. the event was sponsored by INDAIN NATIONAL FOUNDATION and was supported byt FORD foundation. the event was inaugurated by president of Ford Foundation Susan Bresford and Dr Ms Swaminathan
18. Acting workshop: Banee Sharad: senior graduate from national school of drama, conducted two week long
workshop on various aspect of acting like body movement, voice and speech, diction . the workshop gave students
clarity and confidence about subtle and nuances of theses elements of acting.
19. Acting workshop: Shobhodeep saha.: conducted two week workshop and worked on improvisation techniques
in context with “sahib Bibi aur Gulam” the students gained the idea about internalization of character and
other elements of Characterization
